CME Credits

  To apply for the EHA-CME Certificate you are requested to provide the organisers with your EHA-CME Account Number latest by 25th November 2013.

  Post this deadline we will not be able to update your details in the system and therefore you will not be able to claim for your EHA-CME certificate.

  If you already have your EHA-CME account number please email it to pco@tif2013.org along with your full name and TIF 2013 World Congress registration Id  number.

  If you don’t have an EHA-CME account you can easily create one by visiting http://eha-cme.org/eha-cme-credit-points

  Click on “New users: Register with EHA-CME” and complete the form. You will receive your EHA-CME account number/user name by email.

  The organisers will upload your EHA-CME account number in the EHA-CME system and only once this is done you will be able to download the certificate.
